Amie Krause is Chief People Officer at Immatics, a global cell therapy company with more than 700 employees across Germany and the United States. With executive HR leadership experience spanning Immatics, Dompé, Revance Therapeutics, Atara Biotherapeutics and over a decade at Amgen, she has led people strategies through rapid growth, global expansion and commercialisation. Amie also serves as an Adjunct Professor at California Lutheran University, bringing both academic and industry perspectives to leadership and organisational transformation.
