With approximately 30 years of experience in Human Resources and an academic background in Organizational Psychology, Psychotherapy and Coaching, Mariza has shaped a broad career at the intersection of business strategy and human insight. Her extensive experience in HR consulting featured expert involvement in large-scale transformation initiatives across Pharma, Telecom and the Public Sector, with a focus on the alignment of organizational change with cultural and operational effectiveness. Transitioning into international HR leadership roles in the Telecom, Energy, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, consistent focus was placed on two priorities: organizational transformation with strategic impact and employee experience as a driver of performance. Through her current role as Chief People & Technology Officer at Lavipharm, the integration of human-centered leadership with digital innovation is being fostered. Technology is leveraged not only to streamline processes but also to enhance engagement, agility and collaboration.
