Nicola Bianchi is Head of Human Resources Europe+ at Cytokinetics, where he is leading the build-out of the company’s European organisation ahead of major commercial launches across the region. An international HR leader with extensive experience spanning talent management, organisational design, business transformation, change management and M&A, he has lived and worked across the UK, USA, Denmark, Italy and Switzerland. Passionate about leadership development and creating high-performing cultures, Nicola is helping establish Cytokinetics as a leading employer in Europe, contributing to Great Place to Work certifications in Switzerland, Germany and Ireland while scaling a new commercial organisation from the ground up.
