Sarah Holmes-Klotz
Global Head of People & Culture Santhera Pharmaceuticals
Sarah Holmes-Klotz joined Santhera as the Global Head of People and Culture in March 2022. She brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on building high-performing cultures and teams across both the US and Europe.
Before joining Santhera, Sarah served as HR Director at Arxada in Basel, Switzerland, where she led the SPS Business Unit through a major transformation and carve-out from Lonza. Previously, she was Head of HR at Adello Biologics, a pre-commercial biosimilar company, and also led the HR function at Grünenthal USA, both located in New Jersey, USA. Sarah began her career in Human Resources at Genzyme in Cambridge, Massachusetts (now part of Sanofi).
Sarah holds an MBA from Boston College as well as both an MA and BA from Boston University.
